Welcome to RAYMEX™ Lift (the “Site”), operated by Axtion Independence Mobility Inc. (“Axtion”) (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the Site. These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including consumers, businesses, and institutions.

I. General Terms (Applicable to All Users)

  1. Use of the Site: You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site:

    • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
    • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “spam,” “chain letters,” or “pyramid schemes.”
    • To impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
    • To interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers or networks connected to the Site.
    • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or any other systems or networks.
  2. Account Creation: Some features of the Site may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

  3. Intellectual Property: All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Axtion or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

  4. Product Information: We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, pricing, or availability are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to change or update information at any time without notice.

  5. Orders: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the products listed in your order. We may accept or reject your order in our sole discretion. If we accept your order, we shall send you an order confirmation.

  6. Pricing and Payment: Prices for products are displayed on the Site and are subject to change without notice. You agree to pay the price for the products you order, as well as any applicable taxes and shipping fees. Payment methods are specified on the Site.

  7. Shipping and Delivery: Shipping and delivery shall be accomplished based on commercially best practices and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

  8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges: We’re all about making sure you’re happy with your purchase, and we’ve crafted this policy with your satisfaction in mind. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help! Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about refunds and returns.

    1. Overview. We offer a 30-day refund and return guarantee because we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If it’s been more than 30 days since your order arrived, we won’t be able to offer a full refund or exchange—but don’t hesitate to reach out anyway, and we’ll see how we can assist! To get started, just grab your receipt or proof of purchase, and let’s make things right.

      1. Two-year parts and labour warranty provided by the manufacturer (“Axtion”) covering:

        1. Manufacturing defects

        2. Frame

      2. One-year parts and labour warranty provided by the manufacturer (“Axtion”) covering:

        1. Electronics

        2. Motors

        3. Battery

      3. Registration.

        1. If the RAYMEX™ Lift is purchased directly from the manufacturer (“Axtion”), the device will be automatically registered for warranty using the device identifier serial number.

        2. If the RAYMEX™ Lift is purchased directly from an authorized dealer, the device will be automatically registered for warranty using the device identifier serial number.

      4. Warranty Notes:

        1. The warranty is not transferrable.

        2. The warranty does not cover:

          1. Accidental or deliberate damage

          2. Misuse, abuse, or failure to follow instructions in user manual

          3. Normal wear and tear

    2. Returns.

      1. A Return Authorization form must be requested and provided by either the manufacturer (“Axtion”) or the authorized dealer from whom it was purchased

      2. All returns of the RAYMEX™ Lift require a printed and signed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form along with the device

      3. The RAYMEX™ Lift must be returned in its original packaging with all included parts:

        1. Power cord and charging block

        2. Cup holder

        3. Package inserts such as the user manual and warranty registration card

        4. The signed Return Authorization form must be enclosed

      4. If the RAYMEX™ Lift was purchased directly from the manufacturer (“Axtion”), the manufacturer (“Axtion”) will arrange for pickup of the re-boxed device with the above listed contents

      5. If the RAYMEX™ Lift was purchased from an authorized dealer, the authorized dealer will provide return instructions (i.e., either drop off or arrange for pick up)

      6. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned device, typically within two weeks of receipt

    3. Refunds.

      1. Once your return arrives with us, we’ll give it a quick check and send you an email to let you know it’s here. We’ll also let you know if your refund is approved (spoiler: we’ll do our best to make it work!). If everything’s good to go, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method—easy peasy!

      2. Deposits are 100% refundable until the day before your product ships with receipt of a Request for Refund received on or before the day prior to shipping from our warehouse to you. The Request for Refund may be submitted via phone, email, or postal mail.

    4. Late or Missing Refunds.  If your refund hasn’t popped up yet, no stress! First, take a peek at your bank account. Then, give your credit card company or bank a quick call—sometimes it takes a little extra time to process. Still no luck? Reach out to us at info@raymexlift.com, and we’ll sort it out together.

    5. Sale Items.  Just a heads-up: usually only regular-priced items can be refunded, and we will state when this applies. If sale items are final and there’s an issue, please let us know—we’re here to help however we can. Our introductory offer is refundable.

    6. Exchanges

      1. If your item arrived defective or damaged (yikes, sorry about that!), we’ll happily replace it with the same item. Just drop us a line at info@raymexlift.com, and we’ll get it swapped out for you. Please use the original packaging and your RMA for the return—we’ll take care of shipping it back to us.

      2. If you purchased your new RAYMEX™ Lift directly from the manufacturer (“Axtion”) and discover damage when you unpack it:

        1. You must notify the manufacturer (“Axtion”) within two business days; and

        2. Provide photographic evidence of the damage (so we can submit to the shipper)

        3. The manufacturer (“Axtion”) will provide instructions on re-packaging and arrange for pickup

        4. The manufacturer (“Axtion”) will provide a replacement device at no additional cost

      3. If you purchased your new RAYMEX™ Lift from an authorized dealer, the dealer will provide instructions on how to return

    7. Shipping Details.  Once you have your RMA, we’ll send you all the shipping info you need. We’ll cover the cost to ship it back to its point of origin, so it’s hassle-free for you. Just pop it in the original packaging and send it our way! Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanges might vary. We recommend tracking your shipment for peace of mind—though we’ll do our best, we can’t guarantee we’ll receive it if it gets lost in transit.

  9. Service and Support.  Service and support shall be backed by the manufacturer (“Axtion”).

    By the time of shipping, and depending on your geographic location, Axtion shall either: 

    • Designate a local authorized support and service provider for you; OR  
    • Provide the service and support directly, depending on geographic location;
    • AND provide a toll-free number and email address to reach us directly 
  10. Disclaimer of Warranties.  OTHER THAN STATED ELSEWHERE IN THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, THIS SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE.

  11. Limitation of Liability.  TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  12. Force Majeure. Neither party is liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government actions, fire, explosion, strikes, shortages, carrier actions, pandemics, or other similar causes. The affected party shall promptly notify the other and use reasonable efforts to mitigate the event’s effects. If the event continues for more than 30 days, the non-affected party may terminate this Agreement. This clause does not apply to payment obligations.
  13. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

  14. Changes to these Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We shall post the revised Terms on the Site, and the revised Terms shall be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept the revised Terms.

II. Reseller Terms

  1. Resale Authorization: Resellers may enter into a separate agreement with Axtion to be authorized to resell our products.  Purchases made directly from our website are only authorized for the country in which the reseller’s purchase was made.

  2. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP): Resellers agree to adhere to the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy set by Axtion.

  3. Branding: Resellers must use our branding guidelines when marketing and selling our products.

  4. Support: Axtion shall provide reasonable support to resellers.

  5. Customer Reporting: Resellers agree to track end-customer contact information and shall provide such information to Axtion to support regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., recall).

III. Institutional Terms

  1. Purchase Orders: Institutions may submit purchase orders for our products.

  2. Net Terms: Net terms may be offered to institutions upon approval.

  3. Tax Exemption: Institutions claiming tax exemption must provide the necessary documentation.

  4. Bulk Discounts: Bulk discounts may be available for institutional purchases. Contact us for details.

IV. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy Page for information about how we collect, use, and share your information.
